10” timp practice pad

$135.00

Not all of my tambourine shells make the cut for tambourines. BUT, I found a way to use the rejects(they were too light) for a useful purpose.

The top side featured 1” thick foam rubber. This allows for playing at all dynamics with out hitting the wood base. The bottom side has a thin piece of non-slip rubber to help keep things quiet when practicing on a hard surface.

The pads weigh just a little over 1lb so they’re much lighter than the timp/sd combo pads I’ve made over the years. Mainly because they don’t have the heavy gum rubber side for SD practice. Bring lighter they can tend to travel a little while playing.

They’re 10” wide and 1.25” thick.
